As a homestay management company, we provide comprehensive services to help property owners maximize their rental income and simplify the rental process. We are also an Airbnb agency and operator, offering expertise in Airbnb management and homestay operator services. Our team of experienced professionals can handle every aspect of the rental process, from setting up your property to marketing it effectively, managing bookings, communicating with guests, and arranging cleaning services.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay.
But, there were a few minor issues such as the check-in delay due to cleaning, slow bathroom drainage, and the Netflix account not being accessible.
That said, the host was very responsive and helpful from before I made the booking until after I checked out. Parking was also not an issue during my stay. The location is very strategic in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, which makes it a great place for a staycation.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying at Naibnb again in the future.
