Yes — TRX to Pavilion is about 15 minutes on foot along Jalan Tun Razak and Bukit Bintang, and the route stays busy and well-lit past midnight. Most of our apartments sit on this corridor, so you're rarely more than a 10-minute walk from either end.

Should I use the MRT or Grab to get around KL?

Accepted Answer

MRT is faster during rush hour (4–7 PM) and on match days near Bukit Jalil — Tun Razak Exchange and Bukit Bintang stations both sit on the Putrajaya Line. Grab makes more sense late at night, in rain, or when you're carrying shopping. For most daytime trips inside the city centre, walking still wins.

Are the apartments near halal food and prayer rooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Jalan Alor's hawker street, Kampung Baru's Malay food stalls, and the food courts at Pavilion, Lot 10, and TRX are all halal-friendly and within walking distance. Every mall on the corridor has a surau, and most of our buildings have one on a residential floor.

First time in KL — which neighbourhood should I pick?

Accepted Answer

First-timers do best in Bukit Bintang or KLCC — you'll walk to Pavilion, Jalan Alor, and the Petronas Towers without thinking about transit. Returning guests often shift to Sentul or Kampung Cendana for quieter mornings and the Quill City Mall side of town.

Is the city centre walkable in the heat?

More than people expect. Bukit Bintang has covered pedestrian walkways linking Pavilion, Lot 10, and Fahrenheit88, and the air-conditioned bridge from Raja Chulan MRT runs straight into the mall. Mornings before 11 and evenings after 6 are the comfortable windows for longer walks.

Do I need cash, or will cards work everywhere?

Cards and e-wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go) work at malls, MRT gates, and most cafés. Bring some ringgit for Jalan Alor hawker stalls, Kampung Baru night market, and smaller mamak shops — they're cash-first.
