Interior design, by the team behind 500+ KL apartments

We design short-stay apartments in three working palettes — warm cream and terracotta, marble-luxe, and Japandi. For owners and developers, not retail interior clients.

Three registers, already at scale

The looks our team has built across 500+ apartments

These aren't moodboards. Each register below is something we already run at scale in the Bukit Bintang and TRX corridor — and something we can build for your unit.

Register 01

Warm domestic

Cream walls, terracotta accents, rattan, intentional plants. The register guests describe as 'feels like home' in the reviews.

Cream and terracotta palette

Warm neutrals on the walls, clay and brick tones in the textiles and ceramics.

Rattan and natural fibre

Woven headboards, cane chairs, jute rugs — texture instead of decoration.

Intentional plant styling

Three or four real plants placed where guests actually see them, not filler greenery.

Property name as deliverable

We name the unit — 'Wooden Serenity', 'Sepia Reverie' — so the listing has a hook beyond the floor plan.

Register 02

Marble-luxe boutique

Built for KLCC-fringe towers where the view does half the work. Calm, contrast-led living rooms that hold up against the skyline outside the window.

Marble and stone surfaces

Coffee tables, console tops, and bathroom vanities in honed marble or stone-look porcelain.

Layered warm lighting

Floor lamps and table lamps replace overhead glare, so the room reads well after sunset.

Skyline-facing layout

Sofas and dining tables angled toward the window, not the TV — the view is the centrepiece.

Named unit as deliverable

Each unit gets a name that fits the register — quiet, confident, unmistakably ours.

Register 03

Japandi for smaller units

Our go-to for Quill-style studios and one-bedrooms. Restrained palettes, light wood, and one or two pieces that carry the whole room.

Muted Japandi palette

Oat, sand, soft black. Three or four tones across the whole unit, no competing colour stories.

Light wood and linen

Oak-tone furniture and washed linen bedding to keep small footprints feeling open.

Built for tight floor plans

Multi-use pieces and clear sightlines — the layouts we've refined across hundreds of compact KL units.

A name for the listing

A name that gives a 38-square-metre studio its own identity on the listing page.
The Engagement

From Empty Unit to Booked Listing

Four stages, one in-house team — the same workflow that built the 500+ apartment portfolio.

Concept & Palette

We start with the building, the floor plan, and the guest profile, then pick a register that fits — warm cream and terracotta, marble-luxe, or Japandi.

Sourcing the Pieces

We buy through the same KL supplier network the hosted portfolio runs on, so prices stay mid and lead times stay short.

Styling & Install

Our in-house team handles delivery, assembly, and final styling on-site — down to the rattan tray, the plant, the bedside book.

Photo Shoot

We shoot the unit the way guests will actually find it on arrival, so the listing photos match the door-open moment.
